• Comment: We were referred to Sentinel Exteriors by our real estate agents during the purchase of our new home. We had a difficult time finding roofers who would come out to give us a quote on a home we were buying (but we needed the information for negotiations), so we were happy to at least have someone out to take a look. It's always hard to trust a referral in a setting like that, but it was one of the best decisions we made.
  Preston was scheduled to come out on Monday and give us a quote, but did not show up on Monday when we were there. Because he ALREADY came out on SATURDAY! And his quote was so good we didn't even contact any other roofers (we had just done this on a previous home, so we knew the going rate for a roof these days). Not only that, but he reached out to us to schedule a time to talk through the details. The day after closing, he gave us a ring. And about 4 days later (weather), we had a new roof!! If you've bought a home, you know buying/selling/moving is a busy time and the last thing you want to hassle with is a roof. Preston made the entire process crazy easy.
  And he even made an extra effort to clean up everything in our yard. Sure, there was a shingle here and there, but after learning we have a toddler and a pool (read: lots of little bare feet) Preston, himself, came out to roll our yard with a special super magnet. I'm not nervous about nails and screws at all! We were in great hands during the entire process. He will be our roofer as long as we're in Georgia!!
